Recently we made some changes in the way we structure our salon and the hours our team work. We have always seen the importance in including our team to be a part of creating their own work life but even more so during this time.
If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that we need to be working in jobs that we love and we all need to be heard by our employer on what that looks like for each individual. Continuing to involve our team in everything we do will forever remain a strong value of ours.
